posted on by Rafael Antonio Pineda
The official website of the Anime Japan 2016 convention revealed on Sunday that recently founded animation production company Emon's Haoliners brand is producing a new anime with the title "Gin no Guardian" (Silver Guardian, where the kanji for "Guardian" means "grave keeper").
The project's description notes that producer and Gonzo co-founder Shouji Murahama is heading the anime's production. "Gin no Guardian" will be Emon's first project, and it is creating the anime with an eye on the global market. Haoliners is recruiting via its Facebook page.
Emon is the Japanese subsidiary of the Shanghai E-kai Bunka Denpa animation studio. The company was founded in October, and Murahama works as an operating officer in the company. The company is also collaborating on a new anime with Genos Studio, Twin Engine's newly established company which is finishing Manglobe's Genocidal Organ film.
