To Love-ru Darkness Gets 2-Part Original Video Anime

The Jump Festa stage event for Saki Hasemi and Kentarō Yabuki's To Love-Ru -Trouble- Darkness manga announced on Saturday that a new original video anime (OVA) is being produced to commemorate the manga's 10th anniversary.
The first new OVA volume will ship with the 16th manga volume on July 4, 2016. It will focus on Sephie (the mother of the Deviluke sisters) and adapt the manga's 49th chapter ("Mother ~Utsukushisugiru Tenshi~") and 50th chapter ("Charm ~Idai Naru Haha~").
The second new OVA volume will ship with the 17th manga volume on December 2, 2016. Fans can vote for their favorite chapter from the entire manga run, and the second new OVA volume will adapt the chapter with the most votes. The anime's official website will start the fan vote on December 21.
Kentarō Yabuki and Saki Hasemi's To Love-Ru -Trouble- Darkness manga, a sequel of the first To Love-Ru -Trouble- series, launched in Jump Square in 2010. The series has over 14 million copies in print. Sentai Filmworks licensed the 2012 television anime series, and The Anime Network streamed the series in North America.
The second season, To Love-Ru -Trouble- Darkness 2nd, premiered on July 6, and Sentai Filmworks has licensed the series for home video. Crunchyroll streamed the series as it airs in Japan.
