Gainax West Teases Possible Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt Announcement (Updated)

The official Twitter account for the Kobe-based Gainax West anime studio posted an image on Friday that features the words "Coming Soon" and what appears to be outlines of the protagonists of the Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt anime series.
The account also stated that it will reveal "early information once retweets exceed 5,000 or account followers exceed 2,000. The teaser Twitter post now has more than 14,000 retweets, and the account later posted a response to the Twitter post that reads, "Not Pachinko."
Gainax launched the Gainax West branch in March. Producer Yasuhiro Takeda is in charge of the West location.
The 13-episode Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt television anime series aired in 2010. Funimation released the series on DVD and Blu-ray Disc.

Update: Gainax West's Twitter account received more than 2,000 followers, so it confirmed that it will "offer something new" for Panty and Stocking. It further announced that it will share more information on December 16, and the news will not be a pachinko, pachislot, social network game, or Blu-ray Disc.
