T.M. Revolution Teases Nendoroid Figure… of Himself

"Preserved Roses'" singer joins Nana Mizuki, Yukari Tamura in super-deformed form

On Thursday, singer T.M. Revolution tweeted an image of a Nendoroid figure version of himself, saying, "Hey, hey, isn't this cute?" The figure is a minature version of him in his outfit for the "Preserved Roses" music video. He confirmed in later Tweets that the figure is real from Good Smile Company.

The promotional video for the "Preserved Roses" song tells the elaborate story of a woman saving a beautiful, scientifically enhanced man from a high-tech lab. T.M. Revolution and Nana Mizuki's collaboration CD single “Preserved Roses” ranked 2nd on Oricon's daily singles charts on its first day of release and sold 45,523 copies. It eventually sold about 115,000 to also rank #2 for the entire week.

The song is the opening theme for Sunrise's Valvrave the Liberator anime. It was the first collaboration between T.M. Revolution (a.k.a. Takanori Nishikawa) and Mizuki.

Mizuki and another voice actress, Yukari Tamura, already got the Nendoroid treatment this year:
